makes every effort to carry the products you need. Whatever
we don't have in-stock, we will be more than happy to Special
Order for you wherever possible.
If any item fails to please, please note the following return
and exchange policies which 'may' be subject to review and/or interpretation by the Manager based on each case's unique conditions and circumstance:

Catalogue Item Returns
|
We will gladly accept any regularily
stocked catalogue merchandise, regardless of where purchased, for
refund, or exchange, within 90 days of purchase.
Simply return
the product to us in its original condition accompanied by the
original sales receipt. If you do not have the original receipt,
a store exchange only will apply.

Store Item Returns
|
We will gladly accept any regularily
stocked store merchandise for refund, or exchange, within
90 days of purchase.
Simply return the product to us in
its original condition and with all original packaging,
accompanied by the original bill of sale. If you do not
have the original receipt, a store exchange only will apply.

Special Order Item Returns
|
We will gladly order special
items with the payment of a deposit (required at time of
order).
There are No
Returns on Special Orders and/or Non-Stock items
for any reason.

NO Return Items

|
We cannot and do not accept
items for Return and/or Exchange under the following circumstances.
More than 90 days after the
Sale.
On "Special Order" item(s).
On Personal Care items such
as Shavers and
Massagers, etc.
Clearance items or transactions
marked "Final Sale."
Any bulk material(s) - including,
but not limited to,
chain, cables and cord, pipe, lumber
or carpeting -
that have been cut, modified, treated or re-worked.
Lumber and/or building materials
that have been cut,
damaged by the elements, previously
installed, or as a
as a batch are mostly malformed (i.e.
warped) beyond
an average mix of materials from a standard
batch.
Any Returns in this regard solely at
Manger's discretion.
Paint or Stain that has been
tinted, coloured or somehow
modified.
Damages not attributable to
a Manufacturer Defect or
other condition to which a Manufacturer's
Warranty
would normally apply.
Items damaged, soiled or rendered
unfit for re-sale
due to:
1) uses or applications for which they were not designed
or intended,
2) damaged or destroyed under any conditions or in uses,
whether accidentally or intentionally, through neglect,
negligence, acts of nature, in-transport, or other events
that are not considered "normal use,"
3) having been modified for any reason outside reasonable
and prescribed methods for installation and/or use as
per the Manufacturer's instructions.

Product Recalls:
|
From time to time, a Product or Material
may be 'Recalled' by the Manufacturer or Vendor for many different reasons.
In such cases, the Manufacturer, Vendor or Government
Agency/ies may provide specific instructions, terms, policies and 'actions' to
remedy the reason for the Recall.
"We" will be pleased to assist when- and however possible and
by reasonable means to obtain or provide the remedy promised or required by the Recall terms.
Any official Recall Notice Terms and Manufacturer/Vendor statement also limits 'Our'
obligations and/or liability other than as an agent in or facilitator to the process,
regardless of which actions are suggested, required or expected.

Please Note:

This is not a complete listing of possible
ways to deal with all possible Returns, Exchanges, Defective Merchandise
or Materials scenarios.
As each case is unique and our Managers
assess and deal with each one under different circumstances, times, and conditions
involving many factors, "We" reserve the right to stipulate that ALL Final Decisions regarding "Returns and Exchanges"
are made at their discretion, even if they may seem to contradict any one or more
terms or policies stated previously or a prior procedures, even experience, including to refuse - for ANY reason - to accept
items for Return, Exchange, Credit, or other benefit.
